  • Welding of 50kgf/mm2 high tensile strength atmospheric corrosion resisting steels (COR-TEN 50A, B, C) and superior atmospheric corrosion resisting steels (COR-TEN O) for bridges, structures and rolling stock

  • Dry the electrodes at 350-400°C for about one hour before use
  • Store the electrodes at 100-150°C after drying to keep away from moisture
  • Adopt back step method or strike the arc on a small steel plate to prevent blowholes at the arc starting
  • Keep the arc as short as possible
  • Pre-heat at 100-150°C
