  • For welding of AISI types 430, 403, and 4095 stainless clad steel

  • Keep the arc length as short as possible
  • Weaving width should be within 2.5x electrode diameter
  • Use lowest possible welding current
  • Dry electrode at at 200-250C for 30-60 minutes before use
  • Preheat at 100-200 at 200-250C
  • Better results can be obtained by post heat at 700-800C
